A shower head isn't the first thing you think about when upgrading a motorhome. I didn't think about it either — and then I replaced it and reconsidered my priorities. The shower head decides whether you feel properly refreshed at the end of the day, or just rinsed off under a weak trickle.
Why is the shower head so important in a motorhome?
In a motorhome you operate within three limits: a finite water supply, limited pump pressure, and a finite wastewater tank.
The ideal head therefore has to create a strong sense of pressure, consume little water, rinse quickly, and be lightweight.

What do European brands use?
In Europe, the best shower head manufacturers are primarily Hansgrohe and Grohe. Both are excellent — they have quality chrome, long lifespan, and a very pleasant water spray pattern.
However, they were designed mainly for the home water supply with a pressure of 3–5 bar. Not for a motorhome.
Which one is best for a motorhome?

What did I finally choose?
I installed the Oxygenics Fury in my Phoenix. The reason was simple. I have a Lilie IQflow pump with 12.3 l/min, a pressure of approximately 3.1 bar, and large tanks — but even so I want to save water during longer stays away from campsites.
Fury gives a very strong sense of stream while not wasting water unnecessarily.

In all of them you can clearly see that Oxygenics doesn't create more water, but it does manage to significantly increase the sense of pressure.
Is it worth switching from Grohe or Hansgrohe?
If you have a bathroom at home — no. Hansgrohe and Grohe both belong among the very best.
But if you're building or modernizing a motorhome, the situation is different. There, today, I would choose:
